Helston Park, Newlands (by the rugby grounds)
Well fenced, with off-street parking and a bus stop right outside, this is a great playground for littlies. The built environment is a little dull for older kids, although there is a basketball hoop on offer. A couple of slides, swings, tunnels and spinners complement the large grass area great for running around.
Shade is limited, and the carpark can be full if there is a game, event, or training on at the rugby club, but it’s a great spot if you are reasonably local.
