Mill Road, OtakiNestled just below the Otaki swimming pool is this hidden gem of a play area. Not far from Wellington, hidden on a farm, is this gorgeous and peaceful chasm. Well worth the drive for an awesome adventure.

Water play, general play and miniature trains (that sometimes run at twilight). This is totally what playground dreams are made of.
There has been a playground here since I was a kid – it may not be the top destination playground of the city any more, but its still pretty awesome.
